The owners of small loft condo in a converted warehouse in Philadelphia received a surprise when their renovated condominium earned a national award for their architect and remodeling contractor. J. Schwartz LLC Fine Home Building & Remodeling and JFA Architecture received the Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award, in the category of residential kitchen renovation under $40,000.00.

Winners of this annual award must exhibit the highest level of skill in design, planning and execution, plus they must demonstrate how they overcame obstacles in the process.
